In September 2019, the first educational trip to UNISG took place by a group of students from the \"Tourism management\" degree course on the theme of \"Food culture and Italian gastronomy\": a residential week at the campus between seminars on sustainability, biodiversity, nutrition and well-being alternated with sensory analysis laboratories, cooking in combination with the educational garden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-59614 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/unisg.oiss.io\/assets\/IMG_9247-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1920\" srcset=\"https:\/\/unisg.oiss.io\/assets\/IMG_9247-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/unisg.oiss.io\/assets\/IMG_9247-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/unisg.oiss.io\/assets\/IMG_9247-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/unisg.oiss.io\/assets\/IMG_9247-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/unisg.oiss.io\/assets\/IMG_9247-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/unisg.oiss.io\/assets\/IMG_9247-2048x1536.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/unisg.oiss.io\/assets\/IMG_9247-800x600.jpg 800w, https:\/\/unisg.oiss.io\/assets\/IMG_9247-400x300.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\"><strong>In 2021, from 6 to 11 September,<\/strong> due to a health emergency, the residential week was translated into a cycle of<strong> 6 webinars<\/strong>: a first part (3 seminars) on<strong> \"Food culture and values\"<\/strong> with a focus on the theme of<strong> sustainability<\/strong> + a second part on <strong>Italian gastronomic culture<\/strong> (with also 2 practical sessions: fresh pasta and chocolate tasting).
